Welcome to Questura Academy. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any part of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Description

Questura Academy is a non-profit learning center providing educational programs and tutoring services for children and youth. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable federal, provincial, local, or international law.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the services.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Questura Academy, a Questura Academy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

The services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Questura Academy and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In various jurisdictions, laws (including rights under the Consumer Protection Act in Manitoba) may give you rights that cannot be contractually excluded. In no event shall Questura Academy, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
